RFQ for Architectural Services
The City seeks Request for Statements of Qualifications for
architectural services for the Edwin T. Powell Building renovation project
located at 143 S. Bradford Avenue, Placentia, CA. The project includes final
design work and preparation of construction documents for renovation and
upgrades to the existing facility. The facility is currently used for senior citizen
programs and will become the new location for a youth afterschool program.
