The Texas State University System ("Owner") and Lamar Institute of Technology (LiT) are soliciting Statements of Qualifications for selection of an Architect/Engineer (A/E) firm for design of the Technology Training and Education Buildings Project ("Project") on Beaumont, Texas campus; in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements set forth in this Request for Qualifications (RFQ). The project will consist of the renovation of existing structures, classrooms, working labs, restrooms, parking lighting and a new PVC roof, which is integral to the initiation of the LIT Campus Master Plan implementation.
