The County wishes to relocate or add a control/electronics room to the existing jail. The County is seeking a firm or group of firms to provide alternatives planning and cost estimates for various options, design, construction management and inspection services for the proposed. This firm or group of firms is expected to handle this project from start to finish. It is the intention that the firm will aid the in performing upgrades in phases that allow the jail to remain occupied and writes technical specifications and assist with front-end specifications that include requirements for the needed background checks for contractor workers, conformance with state requirements such as inspections, permits, etc. NO CALLS PLEASE
