LCS seeks to conduct a two-year process and outcome evaluation of the LFPPT model, in order to assess the projects success in meeting its objectives and outcomes for expanding the capacity of faith-based sites and improving health and well-being for out-of-treatment Latino substance users. The evaluation will assess the service model at each site individually and collectively to lead to packaging this model for dissemination to other communities.
