Fraser Health & Vancouver Coastal Health will be directing a variety of Capital Projects to support the strategic Facilities Planning Services of the Health Authorities. Many of these projects will require formal competitive bidding procedures. (RFP or Tender) The prequalification process is designed to ensure fair and equal treatment is provided to all qualified General Contractors.
