Through this RFQ BCYF seeks to engage professional services from Capacity Building Service Provider(s) (CBSP) for two years. These CBSP(s) will: Increase partner nonprofit and faith-based organizations capacities to provide adult education and career services. There are 18 partners who will receive regular group trainings. Of those, 9 partners will receive one-to-one capacity building coaching. Increase BCYFs program capacities to provide adult education and career services. Increase BCYFs capacity to provide training and technical assistance to nonprofit and faith-based organizations.
