SFO is soliciting SOQs from qualified firms, educational institutions, talent managment development groups, and leadership development training consultants and consulting firms to provide as-needed executive leadership, development, and training professional services. The selected firm(s) will carry out the program goal of providing training and leadership development to senior and mid-level management and supervisory staff.
