RFQ #07-34 Cultural Liaison Services
The Portland Development Commission (PDC) is requesting Proposals from qualified and experienced firms for the provision of Cultural Liaison Services to be contracted on an as-needed basis. From this Request for Qualifications (RFQ # 07-34) firms may be selected to receive a three-year contract, with annual contract reviews. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the address listed in the RFQ by no later than 3:00 PM, Thursday June 12, 2008. Faxed or e-mail response copies will not be accepted.
