RFQ: Veeam Backup and Replication Software
This purchase is only economically available from a single source because the sole supplier's item is to be procured for commercial resale. Douglas Stewart is Adobe Education's sole Contractual Licensing Program (CLP) distributor. Through this program, qualified campus users are able to acquire Adobe software programs through the University's TechZone campus computer reseller.
Any vendor who believes it can meet all requirements of this sole economically feasible source contract must submit a detailed written statement demonstrating its qualifications and ability to perform as required, must also offer a price lower than that of the selected vendor, and must provide any other information to show how it can offset the cost advantage of the selected vendor. Any such challenge must be submitted in writing to Ernest Olson by June 10, 2010. Late challenges will not be considered.
