RFQ: Various Campus Landscape / Hardscape Improvements
The purpose of this document is to provide a framework for the development of qualification packages to
procure Survey, Civil Engineering and Landscape Architect services (hereinafter referred to as S/CE/LA) for
Various Campus Landscape/Hardscape Improvement projects.
The scope of work that will be contracted for the purposes of this RFQ shall be full services including survey,
schematic design, design development, construction documents and construction administration for each
project. For this reason, the selection of a team will be based upon qualifications that reflect the ability to
provide comprehensive S/CE/LA design services.
