RFQ: Prospective concessionaire for Resort
The State of Illinois, Department of Natural Resources (DNR), will accept proposals from firms, corporations, partnerships, and individuals who are
interested in submitting their qualifications as a prospective concessionaire for the operation of the park lodge, golf course and other appropriate
business, social and recreational activities located in Eagle Creek Recreation Area, Findlay, Illinois. DNR is seeking a professional operator for this
facility to ensure the quality level of operation and services to the public. Prospective operators must demonstrate, through written application,
unquestionable capability to invest in and successfully operate the lodge complex and golf course at their optimum potential.
