The Connecticut Recovery Resources Authority is requesting Statements of Qualifications from property appraisal firms and individuals interested in providing appraisal services for commercial/industrial properties for CRRA from July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2012. Any appraisals conducted must conform to the United States Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) standards.
