RFQ: Professtional Consultant Services for Federal Environmental and Section 106 Site Reviews
The City is soliciting written proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide Professional Consultant Services for Federal Environmental Site Reviews and Federal Section 106 Reviews. As a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) this is not an invitation to bid and although price is very important, other factors will be taken into consideration.
