RFQ: PSA with UCLA for building commissioning
UCLA requests a written response to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for the purpose of selecting a Commissioning Agent to provide commissioning services for various scales of projects for new or existing buildings and locations on campus. A specific list of projects is not yet developed. The selected consultant will perform work under a Professional Services Agreement (PSA) with the University, with authorizations for specific assignments from Capital Programs, Facilities Management, and Business and Administrative Services executed as necessary over the term of the agreement, which may be up to three years. The scope of services will vary according to the specific requirements of each assigned task, with appropriate fees negotiated in accordance with UCLA policy at the time of each authorization. Aggregate fees are anticipated in the range of $500,000 to $1,000,000 over the term of the PSA. However, the selection of any consultant for this project does not guarantee that fees of that value will be expended.
