RFQ: Master Plans and Business Plans for the revitalization of our Downtown Area.
The Borough of Lehighton, Carbon County, Pennsylvania, is requesting Statements of Qualifications from qualified individuals and firms for the preparation of Master Plans and Business Plans for the revitalization of our Downtown Area. For the purposes of this request, our downtown area is defined as all lands lying adjacent to S.R. 0209 (Sgt. Stanley Hoffman Boulevard and 1st Street); Second Street from Coal Street to Iron Street; the entirety of S.R. 0443 lying within the Borough; and all side streets within one block of the aforementioned.
