RFQ: JANITORIAL SERVICES for the City of Temple City
The City of Temple City is soliciting bids for janitorial services of park and city facilities. The successful contractor will be responsible for all aspects of janitorial/cleaning services for City facilities including City Hall, Civic Center, Community Room, Live Oak Park Community Center and Annex, as well as restrooms at Live Oak Park and Temple City Park. Tasks shall include but not be limited to: general cleaning, kitchen and restroom cleaning; routine vinyl floor care and special services to be performed monthly, quarterly or annually.
The deadline for bids/quotes is at 5 p.m. on April 17, 2015. E-mail submittals will not be accepted.
