RFQ: HEIDELBERG PRINTER AND SCANNER MAINTENANCE
The University of California, Davis (University) is soliciting bids from qualified and insured bidders to furnish, as
needed, all labor, tools, equipment and transportation for maintenance services for Heidelberg reprographics
equipment as described in this document. The maintenance contract, if awarded, will be issued for 3 years with
University options to renew for 2 additional years, one year at a time, depending on University need,
satisfactory performance of the contractor, market conditions and funding.
