RFQ: Find-It/Fix It Program
The San Antonio Water System (SAWS) is pursuing engineering services to sup-plement SAWS efforts to execute a Find-It/Fix-It approach for selected small diame-ter wastewater collection mains. SAWS is accepting Proposals to review Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) videos of approximately 34 miles of the inspected mains to assess their structural condition; inspect manholes and structures; validate and correct existing Geographic Information System (GIS) maps; make recommenda-tions for repairs and renewal of the wastewater infrastructure; design and prepare construction contract documents for repairing and rehabilitating approximately 17 miles to 22 miles of small diameter mains and associated manholes and structures, including incidental replacement of some manholes, structures and laterals in con-junction with the rehabilitation of the mains; and provide bid phase and construction phase services.
