RFQ: Fieldhouse Renovation
University is seeking Qualifications from general contractors (GC) for the Fieldhouse Renovation project (the Project). The Project includes renovation of the interior and some exterior elements of the Fieldhouse, including repair and painting for wall and structural surfaces; replacement of electrical services; program elements including hard surface court area, replacement of turf, climbing wall, and challenge course; and the addition of support facilities such as reception, offices, restrooms, and storage spaces.
