The System is submitting this Request for Qualifications to assist the agency in its due diligence process for evaluating external advisors to advise the Board of Trustees and Investment Staff on international and/or global real estate listed security strategies that will provide excess returns relative to the FTSE EPRA/NAREIT xUS or FTSE EPRA/NAREIT Global index, respectively.
