The System is looking for an external advisor to manage an Emerging Manager Fund of Funds for a domestic public equities mandate. Our investment objective is to have a vehicle that can generate excess returns of 150 basis points in a risk-controlled manner. The expected benchmark will be the Standard & Poors 1500 Index. Outperformance is expected to come primarily from manager selection. Our investment in the Emerging Manager Fund of Funds will be conducted through a limited partnership structure. We will allocate up to $100 million to the external advisor.
