RFQ: ENGINEERING CONSULTANT SERVICES
The purpose of this Request for Qualification (RFQ) is to determine if there are qualified
consultants to assist the City with the phased design of a signalized urban
arterial intersection. The first phase of the project will be to commission a signal with
minimal changes to the intersections functional operation, with the primary purpose of
providing controlled access. The second
phase of the project will be to complete the intersection with minimal redundancy or wastage of materials from the first phase. Phase two
will occur once the City has acquired the necessary road right of way.
Based on the evaluation of the RFQ responses, the City intends to issue a Request for
Proposals to the top three (3) Qualified Respondents.
