RFQ: Document Imaging System
Charter Oak State College is seeking a Document Imaging System with the long term goal of creating a digital repository of all student records and to allow efficient, secure access to these records for staff, faculty and students. During the first phase of implementation we wish to scan existing and incoming transcripts to create electronic documents which can be viewed by staff locally and faculty/students remotely through our web portal.
