RFQ: Consultant to assist with Sustainability efforts for the City

The City is seeking to retain an experienced professional consulting firm
to assist the City with reviewing and updating city codes to include the incorporation of
sustainable measures and design criteria into our city regulations. The modifications will
include, but are not limited to, the zoning code, the subdivision code and enhanced
design regulations. Sustainable measures that balance the economic growth of our
community while respecting the environment and social fabric are a goal for the updated
regulations.
