RFQ: Construction Manager at Risk for Parking Garage
Notice is hereby given that the City, hereinafter referred to as the "City", is conducting a competitive TWO-STEP process to retain a qualified construction manager/general contractor to provide design phase assistance and complete construction services as the Construction Manager at Risk (CM@Risk) for the construction of a new 400 space, 4.5 level parking garage and a 10,000 square foot underground performance venue shell space with a public plaza roof. The estimated construction cost is approximately $5.5 million.
