RFQ: Civil Engineering Services for Miscellaneous Projects
Hillsborough Community College is seeking qualifications from civil engineering firms with design professionals licensed to provide civil engineering and landscaping services in the State of Florida to provide professional services under continuing contracts for projects in which construction costs do not exceed the Colleges threshold for continuing contracts, currently one million dollars ($1,000,000), and for study activity when the fee for such professional service does not exceed the statutory threshold, currently fifty thousand dollars ($50,000), at the Colleges four (4) campuses, one (1) Center and four (4) Special Purpose Centers and any other College property located in Hillsborough County, Florida. The term of this contract will be for one (1) year with an option to renew for up to four (4) additional years, one (1) year at a time. The two most qualified firms will be selected to provide professional services for unspecified projects. Interested firms should consider that the continuing contract does not guarantee any specific project award.
