RFQ: ARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING SERVICES for CARRIE AVENUE IMPROVEMENTS
The Land Clearance for Redevelopment Authority (LCRA) of the City of St. Louis is
seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from Civil Engineering firms
(Consultant) for the purpose of planning and designing improvements of Carrie
Avenue from its intersection at North Broadway Street to its intersection at Hall
Street which is approximately 0.6 miles in length. Improvements and reconstruction
are needed to the streets surface, sidewalks, lighting, intersections, and storm water
management system. Two large industrial sites are located along this stretch which
should be accommodated for in the design of such improvements.
