RFQ: A/E Services
The University requests firms qualifications for Architectural/ Engineering Design Services. This project will add approximately 8,000 square feet to an existing mezzanine and 3,000 square feet of research laboratory space in the warehouse area of the building. Also included are the design of shell and new space for future research laboratories on both the newly designed mezzanine area and within the existing warehouse area. This request for qualifications covers the programming, design, bidding, and construction administrative phases.
