RFP-TRANSIT MARKET RESEARCH
The Area Transportation Authority is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) soliciting competitive bids from qualified marketing research firms to conduct a non-user and annual passenger surveys to measure market share, customer satisfaction and recommend actions for improvements.

The deadline for submission of proposals is 11 a.m. local time on Friday, July 9, 2010. Proposals must be sealed, labeled RFP-MARKET RESEARCH SURVEYS on the outside of the envelope, and delivered to: MAX Transit, Padnos Transportation Center, 171 Lincoln Ave., Holland, MI 49423.
The MAX Authority reserves the right to postpone, accept or reject any and all proposals in whole or part and/or to enter into negotiations and make an award to be in its own best interest.
