RFP273-10 - Castaic Power Plant Control System Upgrade
The Los Angeles Department of Water and Power is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors interested in performing work defined by the attached Draft Professional Services Agreement in Appendix A and C, Section 01010 for the Castaic Power Plant Control System Upgrade. The purpose of the Castaic Power Plant Control System Upgrade (Project) is to replace and improve the existing plant controls with modern, state of the art hardware and software. The Project will increase the overall generating capacity, improve the plant reliability, and increase the plant availability.
