The Preschool is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) to attract highly qualified organizations to conduct quality assessments of preschool-funded preschool providers throughout the County during fiscal year 2011-2012 (July 1, 2011 through June 30, 2012). The selected organization will conduct approximately 415 assessments using the Classroom Assessment Scoring System (CLASS) and 60-80 assessments using the Early Childhood Environment Rating Scale - Revised Edition (ECERS-R), and the Family Child Care Environment Rating Scale - Revised (FCCRS-R) measurement tools. This RFP is renewable annually up to a total of three years.
