RFP survey and mapping services in Washington, Idaho, Montana, and Oregon

Seattle District plans to procure surveying and mapping services in accordance with PL 92-582 (Brooks Act) and FAR
Part 36. One or more firms will be selected for negotiation based on demonstrated competence and qualifications for the
required work. See government-wide numbered note 1 at http://cbdnet.access.gpo.gov/num-note.html. A-E services
include surveying and mapping and the contract will be primarily be for work in for Washington, Idaho, Montana and
Oregon. A specific scope of work and services required will be issued with each task order. This announcement is open
only to small businesses under North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code 541370. The size standard for this
code is $4.5 million. For the purposes of this procurement, a firm is a small business if its annual average gross revenue,
