RFP land development
The Guam Ancestral Lands Commission (GALC) and the Guam Economic
Development Authority (GEDA) are issuing a Request for Proposals
(RFP) 09-007 for the lease and development of approximately 6 acres of
Land Bank Trust property or portions thereof at Santa Monica Junction
in order to generate revenues for the GALC pursuant to Public Law
25-45. Privately-owned or claimed properties in the area are excluded
from this RFP. This parcel is located at the corner of Routes 1 and Santa
Monica Road in Dededo in the vicinity of the new Dededo Police and
Fire Stations.
