The AOMBT is seeking proposals from system software and implementation vendors (Solution Providers) to provide an integrated benefits administration system. Specifically, Solution Providers are to propose a solution consisting of the implementation of a fully integrated, best-practices-based benefits administration systems (that supports AOMBT's 4 key programmatic areas including health and group benefits, a group RRSP plan, a parental leave program and a leave savings account) with (minimal) customizations to that system to meet AOMBT's requirements. The contract to be awarded, as a result of this solicitation, will be for at least the following solution components: specification of hardware and commodity software, provision of commodity software, benefits administration application software, process reengineering, documentation, testing, implementation, integration, training, warranty, and support.
