RFP for setting up Managed Mobile Service Delivery Platform, implementation of pilot m-services etc.
n behalf of the Director, Kerala State IT Mission (KSITM) invites Mobile Value Added Service (M-VAS) Providers who are based in India with a good track record on rolling out Mobile Services for Telecom Operators and other companies to submit their proposal for setting up Mobile Service Delivery Platform and development of m-services, under a Managed Services Model.
M-VAS Companies in India with a minimum of two years experience and a minimum of 100 lacs turnover in the financial year 2008-2009 are eligible to participate in the RFP. The M- VAS companies should also comply with prevalent Telecom Policies in force including the National Do Not Call (NDNC) Registry setup by Department of Telecom and Telecom Regulatory Authority of India.
The objective of this project is to leverage the strengths of mobile penetration in the State of Kerala using the concept of always-on connection for the delivery of citizen services involving the major stakeholders government on one side and citizens and business on the other and based on self sustainable model.
