RFP for WordPress web developer
The company is seeking a bid for redesign of http://www.ever-greenenergy.com, based on a WordPress content management structure with the following desired features:
- Simple events calendar
- Blog with comments
- Photo gallery
- Press room with documents categorization
- Configurable contact forms (with RSVP capability)
The designer(s) will be responsible for providing:
o Flexible site structure
o Layout concepts
o Visual Markup
o Development of content management system with custom template programming: custom template must include search capabilities, dynamic menus, online forms, links, events calendar, basic SEO, automated site map, and Google Analytics tracking set-up.
o Design refinements as required
o Training
Ever-Green Energy staff will provide all content.
Additional adaptation may be desired to:
o Integration of newsletter functionality including templates to match site design
o Integration of child theme(s) for partner site(s)
o Maintenance
The attached outline of site structure is a work-in-progress, but will give a sense of content and potential structure.
Please respond with a Proposal for Services to include cost, timetable, and biographical info for principals with a link to three completed sites.
The deadline for response is 4 p.m. CT, Friday, July 1, 2011.
The project is slated to take place in July/August.
