RFP for Website Usability
The Arkansas Legal Services Partnership (ALSP) is initiating this Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit responses from vendors that can provide expert user experience design (UXD/UCD) and usability testing/evaluation for the ALSP website. ALSP is developing a new mobile responsive website scheduled to launch in late 2015. The vendor will evaluate a beta version of the new website and provide recommendations to ALSP based on the vendor's usability and user experience evaluation.
