RFP for Web Based Portal and Workflow Management Services
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to obtain competitive proposals from bona fide, qualified proposers who are interested in providing a secure web based portal and workflow management services for the Health System Hospitals. The selected system will provide a single entity solution capable of supporting one or more of the Hospitals.
Only existing, proven system platforms with web-based components will be considered. This RFP is not for the purpose of procuring professional services to design and develop a system. The remaining sections of this RFP provide the scope, definition of criteria for web based portal, workflow management requirements, general information, instructions for submitting proposals, and contractor selection procedures. Levels of usage while expected to grow, are not guaranteed due to anticipated budget shortfalls in upcoming years. Additional institutions supported by LSU Health System Hospitals and Outpatient Clinics may be added to the agreement as necessary. Such institutions may include but are not limited to correctional facilities or school based clinics supported by LSU personnel. The system to be proposed in this RFP is not to include transcription services. These services are to be bid separately.
