Construct a 128-bed apartment complex north of the existing Buc ridge development. The
complex will have 120 two bedroom, and 8 one bedroom units each with a common bath,
kitchen and living room. Also included are 8 efficiency units with a bath.
Gross square footage is approximately 63,986.
