RFP for Underwriting Services
The State is requesting proposals for underwriting services. The State intends to select a pool of firms (to serve as a senior manager and co-managers) whose backgrounds demonstrate the experience and capability to assist the State Treasurers Office (STO) and its financing team in negotiating the sale and issuance of tax credit bonds to investors at the lowest overall cost.
