Pathfinder International ("Pathfinder") is soliciting proposals from qualified firms and individuals ("Partner") to assist in leading and managing a complex, phased approach to aligning our IT with our business strategy. Pathfinder developed a roadmap to improve its IT function and now seeks a consulting partner to help us through the transition described below. The transition assistance will include infrastructure, applications and data management, governance and organization, and risk and controls. The goals of the transition are to significantly improve the availability, performance and redundancy of our systems and to ensure that our IT decision-making is aligned with strategic objectives.
