RFP for Solid Waste Collection, Recycling, and Disposal Services
The City is seeking proposals from qualified companies to provide collection, disposal, and processing of solid waste, recyclable materials, and green waste from its residential, multi-family, commercial, and industrial sectors.
The goal of this Request For Proposal (RFP) process is to obtain cost-effective, quality service for its residents and businesses. In doing so, the City is looking for a service provider/providers who can deliver efficient service while meeting the recycling diversion targets set by the city, state, and federal government. The Contractor selection process may result in a new contract for single family/multi-family collection services and/or a separate contract for commercial/industrial collection services.
