The purpose of this RFP is to select a vendor that can satisfy the State's need for a community based residential re-entry facility or center located within Marion County, Indiana, and other Indiana County or Counties, capable of housing and providing residential services for IDOC classified minimum custody adult female offenders committed to the Indiana Department of Correction. It is the intent of the Indiana Department of Correction to contract with a vendor to provide housing and residential services for 150 minimum custody adult female offenders in a community based residential re-entry facility or center located within Marion County and another Indiana county, or counties, with the Marion County facility capable of housing up to 100 offenders, and the other facility or facilities housing the remainder.
