RFP for Public Engagement services

The Northeast Ohio Sustainable Communities Consortium (NEOSCC) is issuing an Request for Proposal (RFP) for Engagement Planning and Implementation consulting firms to act as a consultant under contract. The public engagement consultant's responsibilities are to provide the following: shaping, implementing, and managing a dynamic public dialogue and engagement activities across 12 counties and refinement of the engagement plan. The purpose is to assist with development of a plan for sustaining the economy, environment and quality of life in Northeast Ohio.
The RFP is available on line at www.neoscc.org or may be obtained at NEOSCC office 146 South High Street, Suite 800, between the hours of 9:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Respondents may also request an RFP by phoning NEOSCC at 330-375-2949. Proposals are due electronically to ebarcelona@neoscc.org on or before 5:00pm Friday, February 24, 2012.
