RFP for Professional Services
The purpose of this solicitation is to request proposals for promotional and marketing
services and products, including the re-design of the ESP website.
The period for implementation by the successful applicant will be seven from the date of
the signing. ESP will reserve the option to renew for successive periods. Successful
execution will be a consideration for letting of contact in succeeding fiscal years.
