The Western Connecticut Council of Governments (WestCOG), located at 1 Riverside Road, Sandy Hook, CT 06482, is requesting proposals from qualified firms of certified public accountants, in accordance with the provisions of the Connecticut General Statutes, to conduct an examination and to render an opinion on the comprehensive annual financial statements of the WestCOG will be received at the office of the Sr. Financial Manager until 3:00 p.m. on April 3, 2017 at which time no further proposals will be considered. Request for Proposal forms may be obtained at the WestCOG Offices from 8:30 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. on Mondays through Fridays.
