The County requests proposals from
experienced rail vehicle manufacturers for the procurement of one hundred forty-four (144)
Heavy Rail (Metrorail) Vehicles (HRVs) with options for up to fifty-four (54) additional vehicles.
The New Vehicles shall conform to the Technical Provisions included in this RFP.
