The Authority is soliciting competitive sealed proposals (each, a “Proposal”) for services from interested and qualified professional companies and individuals with the appropriate experience and expertise to provide media and public relations services as more particularly outlined in the Scope of Services of this Request for Proposals (this “RFP”).
