The selected marketing service provider will need to show how they can meet or exceed the following list of goals and basic requirements of the organization, including:
1. Increase public awareness and interest in alpacas, and the organization and its’ goals throughout the year via regional and national media outlets (print, radio, TV, web, and social media)
2. Increase awareness and interest in targeted groups (general public and livestock producers) for special events throughout the year via appropriate media (print, radio, TV, web, social media)
3. Making recommendations for print and media advertising (both outlets to use and advertising copy)
4. Providing recommendations and strategies for attracting other livestock producers to diversify or switch to alpacas
5. Coordinating with other alpaca initiatives/agencies in support of ABR
