The organization's IT Manager is retiring at the end of the calendar year. In planning his succession, we have concluded that outsourcing these services may provide us with the best balance of cost and services in replacing our uniquely versatile IT Manager. We have between 40 and 50 employees and interns, who work on- and off-site. We seek comprehensive managed infrastructure and network services. We are also looking for support/maintenance of our proprietary client database (Microsoft Access front end with SQL back end).
